Dr Gordiev currently serves on the Committee of the AOA for Continuing Professional Development (CPD). She was a Board Director of the National AOA (2008-2012), Chair of the AOA Younger Fellows and Fellowships Committee (2008-2012) and Board Director of the ACT AMA (2009-2013). She was the joint Chair of the Calvary Public Hospital Orthopaedic Department from 2008 -2016. She has been a Director on the Board of a Canberra school since 2017 and is on its Education and Wellbeing Committee.
